In order to submit a sufficient report, please make sure to follow the following Report Guidelines:
- You MUST provide evidence that matches the report context. Screenshots for breaking chat rules and recordings for breaking gameplay rules.
- Any screenshots must be full-screen. Any provided videos must be under 3 minutes and can NOT be edited. Provide timestamps if possible.
- For any in-game offense, provide the sub-server the infraction took place on. For any forums offense, please provide the Topic link.
- Please make sure spelling of your Minecraft Username and their Minecraft Username are correct.
- Refrain from reporting a player that has already been punished for that infraction. Also refrain from reporting a player if you've already /chatreported them.
- The player's username must be clearly visible in any evidence you provide.
- Falsely reporting a user will result in your reporting privileges being revoked and a Severity 2 Gameplay Ban for Abusing Reports.
- All evidence is considered valid for 2 weeks. We will NOT accept any reports with evidence older than 14 days.
- All reports will be responded to as soon as possible. Do NOT spam reports or your report privileges will be revoked.
- Any evidence you provide in your report will be shared with the player in question if the report is accepted and they appeal. Making a report means you acknowledge this and allow us to use your content. (Your name will NOT be revealed unless it's in the evidence you provided).
